My family and I love to travel and celebrate each day, but Christmas is especially special as it is our family holiday. Right on Christmas I found out I was pregnant with my daughter and two years after that just before Christmas I gave birth to our son and we came back home on Christmas Eve.

In anxious anticipation of this holy family holiday, we have a tradition of exchanging advent calendars – some with chocolates, other with toys, but our most valuable calendar is with memories of the past year.
